Dragonfly Apartments

Our Version of Supported Living…

Our apartments are situated on 1 acre and just steps from the backyard is the White River Trail for tenants to walk or bike on. A 1/2 mile to the east on the trail is Pedal & Cup, a place to rent bikes, get ice cream/coffee, and offers live music throughout the summer season. our property is quiet and peaceful yet close enough for appointments and errands. Each apartment has access to a garden area, with raised garden beds to plant vegetables and herbs. Situated on the west side of the apartments is an outdoor sitting area where tenants can come together and enjoy a fire in a custom outdoor fireplace.

We utilize the experience and skills from what was successful in a residential facility and curate that to a more independent approach at our apartments. With years of success in promoting independence, we have developed a strong structure for people to grow. Being in this field we recognized the need for supportive housing, that not only gave residents a safe place to live, but the tools they need to grow into the best version of themselves. That is why we believe in fostering skill building, healthy routines, and community integration for residents to thrive.

  • Staffing encompasses IADL training as well as clinical work through CCS. We are dedicated to growing individual skills through modeling, coaching, and hand over hand care to help promote each person’s individualized success.

  • Staff utilize a 3-level care model to determine levels of support based on assessment and needs of each person. Our multi-level care ensures a person-centered approach and allows individuals to gain independence at their own pace.

  •  Healthy coping skills are a vital part of recovery and a good way to encourage those is by having direct access to resources. Each of our apartments are equipped with food wellness, personal growth, exercise, and art wellness kits available to explore and utilize. CCS certified staff are available to support them through their journey with creativity, health and wellness.

  • Staff support clients through community outings and interests to help promote involvement within the Lake Geneva area. Clients are encouraged to visit the local library, seasonal events, and classes that they find interest in. Clients also are able to participate in outings with our CBRF, like monthly bowling, to promote peer engagement.
