Don & Renee Brown
Owners
Don & Renee have owned Casa Mia Care Center since 1994, before that Renee’s mother, Beverly, created Casa Mia Care Center in 1980.
Don: “My Philosophy has always been that Casa Mia should act like a family. We achieve this by treating & welcoming our consumers like we treat & welcome our own family.”
Renee: “For over 40 years our family run business has operated as just that, a family. I found my calling in helping others the way my mom found hers. I’m proud to carry on her legacy with each passing day here at Casa Mia.”

Krystal Flood
Administrator
Krystal started with Casa Mia Care center in 2014, bringing fresh ideas & new ways of fulfilling our mission to the fore front. It was quickly realized her dedication & advocacy for the consumers we serve.
“I am in the thick of it, down in the mud with consumers. I am there in the ER, in the ambulance to get them there sometimes. I am in the appointments, advocating. I am in court, supporting. People don’t just need words, they need a hand. They need someone beside them.”

Jessica Ainley
Facility Coordinator
Jess has been our newest addition in 2022, helping us grow & perfect consumer care. From the first conversation we knew she shared the same commitment to help others & has had such a positive impact to our home.
"Slow breathing is like an anchor in the midst of an emotional storm: the anchor won't make the storm go away, but it will hold you steady until it passes." — Russ Harris “My hope is to be my consumers anchor and weather the storm with them to guide them to see the light at the end of the storm.”

Baden & Ripley
House dogs
There’s a reason why dogs are considered man’s best friend, these two are no exception! Baden is the old lady teaching Ripley all the tricks. We will never be without a dog at Casa Mia.
These two fill our home with smiles, laughs & love. They unknowingly provide emotional support to those who are struggling & happily accept hugs, treats & belly rubs as payment
